111th Philippine Independence Day – A 5-Star Celebration FCCS (Filipino Community Club Salalah) under the dynamic leadership of our very own President, Mr. Edmundo Sinforoso, spearheaded a classy celebration of the 111th Philippine Independence at the Al-Bilad Ballroom of Hilton Hotel Salalah. The 120-man capacity hotel ballroom was jampacked with over 160 FCCS members and guests who filled the venue to reminisce our independence from the more than 400 years of Spanish colonization. The buffet dinner is very much Filipino with Adobo and Pancit that goes very well with the Sinangag and Fruit Salad. As planned, there’s no lengthy program just dinner and dance to let everybody enjoy the night away while savoring the taste of Independence in commemorating what our forefathers fought and died for. This gathering has shown that FCCS can easily adapt to whatever activities, from simple to classic or from an ordinary resort to a 5-star hotel. Mabuhay ang Pilipino!!! *** |
