Wadi Sahnout is located in Al-Saada city, about 15kms from Salalah. The plateau which overlooks the spring is an excellent view point.

Athoum Springs is located in Salalah, and is famous for its wide wadi and beautiful dense forests, especially in the autumn season.

Hamran springs

Hamran Springs is located in the east of Al - Ma'moura roundabout, about 29 kms from Salalah. This area is famous for its coconut and palm trees on both sides of the road.

Taqa

Taqa is one of the most important historical sites, about 32kms from Salalah. It has a beautiful sand beach and Taqa castle is an important site for visiting.

Mirbat

Mirbat was famous in the 9th Century for the breeding and exporting of horses and for its trade in frankincense. With its picturesque bays and inlets, Mirbat is a must see for all visitors.

Bin Ali's Tomb

Bin Ali's Tomb is located in Mirbat and is notable for its white double domes. There is a large
cemetery around the tomb which has unusually shaped and inscribed headstones.

Sadh

Sadh with its fine beaches and dramatic coastline is excellent for camping and boating. The land here is sheltered from the monsoon with steep cliffs dropping to sandy bays.

Municipality Activity Center

The Municipality Activity Center is the main location which hosts the Khareef festival. It includes stages that host the festival and concerts in the evenings. It also has a special stage for children and the cultural village.

Salalah Craftsmen Souq

Owned by the General Organization for Handicrafts, this is one of the most important souqs for handicrafts. It has many shops that sell pottery, leather goods, frankincense, Bukhor and other types of handicrafts. The souq is located at the Salalah commercial District, near Dhofar Municipality.
