| A Brief History | |
| Surface Coder® was used in the Dhofar Region of Oman, (Salalah Meteorological Office and Thumrait Air Base) before its upgrade to fully functional Automatic Weather Stations. It proved to be effective not only the automatic coding of hourly and 3-hourly weather reports but also in the issuance of short and long range TAFs and Aerodrome warnings, as well. | |
| How to Download and Install (Microsoft Windows XP® Users) | |
| 1) Right Click SurfaceCoder®, click Save Target As... | |
| 2) Click Save to save the zip file to a particular location. | |
| 3) When download is completed, click Open and double-click Setup. | |
| Follow the onscreen instructions until Setup is completed. You can then run SurfaceCoder from Start Menu. | |
| How to UnInstall | |
To remove Surface Coder for Windows from your computer, go to Control Panel/Add Remove Programs then click SurfaceCoder/Remove. |
